Norwood Teague helped turn an attractive job as the athletic director at Virginia Commonwealth University into one that should have considerable national interest.

Continuing the momentum that Teague and men's basketball coaches Shaka Smart and Anthony Grant have created will be the mandate of VCU President Michael Rao when it comes to hiring Teague's successor.
