ITT Educational Services, Inc., a Carmel, Ind.-based provider of technology-oriented, postsecondary degree programs, is expanding its Richmond presence. The company has signed an agreement to extend the lease on its offices at 300 Gateway Center Parkway in Chesterfield and to expand its space from 21,000 to 30,000 square feet.
