Virginia Patman, LLC, has purchased a 6,875-square-foot office condominium unit at the Dominion Place Condominiums in the Innsbrook Corporate Center from Papec Richmond II, LLC, for nearly $860,000. The law offices of Setliff & Holland will operate at the location. Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield handled the sale negotiations. Read more.
