A Citi Investment research analyst has downgraded Willis Group Holdings Ltd., citing the British insurance broker's planned acquisition of Richmond-based Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co. Keith F. Walsh cut his rating to "hold" from "buy." While the acquisition would double Willis Group's North American business and could generate $140 million in cost savings, he wrote, the company would pay a steep premium, and integration risks remain.
