The Richmond-based electric utility is starting a blog site to exchange ideas for conserving energy.
A few include making your apartment “green,” getting ready for winter, calculating your car miles in dollars not miles and choosing energy-saving light bulbs.
The idea, David A. Heacock, president of Dominion Virginia Power says, is to ask and answer questions and post ideas.
