Richmonder and executive chef of Stuzzi pizzeria, Clemenza Caserta is one of 18 lucky contestants chosen to compete in the 10th season of “Hell’s Kitchen.”
Premiering on Fox network June 4 and 5 at 8 p.m., for a back-to-back-night event, Caserta will prepare his signature dish of stuffed veal with sautéed broccoli raab.
