For the past 15 years, the Richmond Kickers have been representing Richmond's soccer prowess. They have their good seasons and their less than stellar seasons, but they've also expanded to form a women's team and operate several youth soccer camps.

Other teams the Kickers face off against. The other teams include the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Wilmington Hammerheads, the Harrisburg City Islanders, the Cleveland City Stars and the Bermuda Hogges.
