Lack of parental involvement in students' education. Poor quality teachers. They're under funded. I don't know, but I fear whatever the issues are, my child's education would be worse for it. Nothing. They're fine as-is. They're not diverse enough.
The majority of Richmond residents find the quality of City schools to be motivation enough to move away (at least according to our unscientific poll).
