Man shot to death had come to Richmond to avoid gang threats, father says

Rolan Angaroo, 29, of the 600 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard was shot to death outside his home early Sunday. 

4 injured in Gilpin Court shooting

Chong Kyu Han, owner of 88 Garden Restaurant, died from a bullet to his chest Aug. 9 last year, reaching for the $40 he carried in his pocket.
