Henrico murder trial will present logistical challenge

The defendant in a brutal killing of a young Henrico County mother may end up watching his trial Monday from a nearby holding cell.
Preparations were underway last week to set up a Henrico Circuit Courtroom to address the potential for disruptive behavior from defendant Alvin Rashawn Marshall.
