Panel rejects law license reinstatement for Morrissey

After two days of evidence, a Virginia State Bar disciplinary panel Tuesday unanimously recommended state Del. Joseph D. Morrissey’s law license not be reinstated.

“This case is complicated, emotionally charged and has required a lot of careful thought by the lawyers. … It’s not an easy case,” said William E. Glover, chairman of the five-member panel that debated the issue for 45 minutes.
