HARRIS, Phoebe Watkins, of Richmond, departed this life March 12, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Harris Jr. She is survived by two sons, Rodney A. Harris and Charles A. Harris III (Alexis); one grandson, Charles A. Harris IV; one brother, Chester Moses Watkins of Clarksville, Va.; two sisters, Ruby Comford of Spotsylvania, Va., and Shirley Hester of Buffalo Junction, Va.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where services will be held Monday, March 17, 2014 at 1 p.m. Rev. Bobby Holmes officiating. Burial Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Midlothian, Va.
