Just a few hours before he was supposed to sign a national letter of intent with Wake Forest, Mills Godwin offensive lineman Eric Tetlow had a change of heart.

Instead, he signed with Virginia on Wednesday, the first day high school seniors can officially commit to play football in college. Tetlow was one of 33 local players to sign.
