Maybe I'm just noticing it now, but it seems that there is an increase in negative, slightly inappropriate comments on the site (Esp. in the "Top 5" column). I'm all for free speech, but I have a suggestion: why not put something that a lot of blogs have that allows users to flag something as inappropriate? That way, people can say what they want, but readers/editors get a chance to take something off if it's not the right venue for something.

I am so excited to see growth like this in eastern Henrico. Maybe I'll stay now that we are being recognized. We could use a Barnes and Nobles and a Ben Franklin too. I know a Wal-Mart must be in the works and I do look forward to it's arrival!

It's very nice to finally have new mall and have some where to take the family near by for dinner. I hope it doesn't become another east gate mall. It would also be nice to have a Funny Bone comedy club around, and a BW3's.

My new favorite quote: "It has been proven mathematically that those who listen to WRIR are smarter, more tasteful and even better looking than those who listen to commercial radio."

The Red Snapper special is unbelievable -- BD -- You obviously don't go out much -- Don't knock it if you haven't tried it!! Anything you get there, and we have had most of what is on the menu is phenomenal. Great Article -- We love to see the "little" restaurants get credit, even if they are in a "strip mall".

To: We Love L V. If you go back and actually read BD's comment you will see that he isn't commenting on the quality (ahem, by quality I mean taste) of food at Little Venice. He is, in fact, commenting on the fact that an "authentic" Italian restaurant doesn't serve a bisque that originated from the low country of SC. I'll second his opinion by saying I'm positive that she crab soup does not show up on superb, traditional Italian restaurants such as Babbo, Da Silvano, Il mulino...dopo teatro. By the by, if I remember correctly BD has said in several other posts that he just moved to Richmond from NYC. So, I'm sure he does "get out" frequently.

Venetian cuisine is very different from Other Italian foods. I have been 5 times and have friends in various restaurants there. I Know you guys know this. Richmond doesn't. I am myself in Venice. Everywhere else I'm someone else. I LOOOVVVEEE it!!.
