Beginner's Strength Training at RVA's Premier Women's Fitness Studio in the West End

Flex 15 Women's Fitness has been a local leader in women's personal training since 2009. Our certified personal trainers will provide you with an introductory to strength training in a high-intensity interval training format. Our trainers are here to guide you through the workout, as well as answer any questions about your body, diet and form.

What is this class like?

I'm sure you've heard of this type of class, but in case you haven't... High Intensity and Interval Training known as HIIT is training technique in which you go all-out 100% for a short period of time, and take a rest in between sets. This type of training keeps your heart rate up, increases your metabolism, builds muscle and is incredibly quick and convenient. For this class, we will be using the basic strength training fundamentals paired with HIIT to give you a great and unique workout!

Class Format

- 5 Minute Warm Up

- 45 Minute Workout consisting of Kickboxing and HIIT

- 5 Minute Cool Down

- 8 Ladies per class, so there is plenty of opportunities to ask your trainer questions about your fitness goals and diet.

What do I bring?

We have towels and water (please bring a reusable container) so just show up in your workout clothes and the right ATTITUDE ladies and that's all you need!

It sounds.. daunting, but don't worry ladies! This introductory class, although somewhat of a challenge, is something anyone can manage!
