· Struggle to share your thoughts?
· Want to feel more confident in your voice?
· Hit a wall each time you write?
You’re not alone! In fact, women are more likely to underestimate their abilities than men — and will discount positive feedback about what they can do well.* These communication roadblocks can keep us from participating equally in society and creating action, for ourselves and others.
Whether you lack confidence, are unsure how to share your opinion, or face another roadblock, you can remove the wall — and embrace your power!
Remove Communication Roadblocks is a workshop designed to help women deconstruct the roadblocks that keep us from owning our voices across our lives.
Partnering with Through The Gate, we blend communications training with equine-assisted personal development to identify barriers, awaken perspectives, and deepen our purpose. Rather than ride horses, we work alongside and interact with them to challenge our own assumptions about communications and uncover new ways of thinking about ourselves.
What will you do?
You’ll join the women of Zuula, an RVA-based communications strategy firm, in an outdoors writing workshop. You’ll engage in sessions geared toward writing and interactions with the horses, as each step builds on another. From there, you’ll have a safe space for exploring the roadblocks that are holding you back — and unite with other women who are ready for this awakening.
Walk away with new tools for finding, owning, and unleashing your voice — and join a community of women empowering who they truly are!
Hear what people say about the workshop:

“The workshop offered a very safe space to develop and grow. It helped cultivate finding one's own voice and the horses were able to reinforce that learning.”
“It’s an effective communication workshop for women by women.”
