NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Code of the City of Richmond the Richmond City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. in the 5th Floor Conference Room, City Hall, 900 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA, to consider a resolution to declare the property located at 1201 Porter Street as blighted and that a public necessity exists to adopt a spot blight abatement plan and to authorize the acquisition of this property for the purpose of correcting the blighted conditions, pursuant to Sec. 5-118, et seq. of the Code of the City of Richmond.
