Trustee's Sale 3817 North Light Drive, Chester, Virginia 23831 (Parcel ID: 794633398800000) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 30, 2001, in the original principal amount of $73,384.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Chesterfield, Virginia in Deed Book 4176, page 219, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on July 3, 2019, at 2:00 pm, in front of the building housing the Chesterfield County Circuit Court, 9500 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832, the property designated as Lot 5, in Block E, Somerset, Section 7 on a plat entitled "Somerset, Section 7, Matoaca District, Chesterfield County, Virginia", recorded in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office, in Plat Book 51, at page 43.
