Smart, Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction in front of the building housing the Richmond Circuit Court, 400 North 9th Street, Richmond, VA 23219 the 30th day of August, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., the property described in said Deed of Trust, lying in the City of Richmond, Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot of land, lying and being in the City of Richmond, Virginia, together with the improvements thereon, designated at No 906 North 24th Street, and more particularly described on that certain plat made by Chares H Fleet and Associates, dated September 21, 1953, a blueprint copy of which is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Chancery Court of the City of Richmond, Virginia, in Deed Book 551-C, page 402. BEGINNING at a point on the western line of 20 Street 62.85 feet north of the intersection of the western line of 20 street with the northern line of "Q" Street, thence running northwardly along and fronting on the western line of 24th street 2255 feet, thence in a westerly direction 9125 feet to the southern hue of Burton Street, thence running westwardly along the southern line of Burton Street 06 Feet to the eastern line of a 10-foot alley, thence running southwardly along the eastern line of said 10-foot alley 6.38 feet; thence eastwardly 110 feet in part running through a party wall between the property hereby conveyed and the property, to the south thereof, to the western line of 20 Street, the point of beginning It being the same property conveyed to The MLJ Companies LLC by deed dated August 30th, 2018 and recorded in the Clerk's Office for the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond as Instrument Number 18-18623 TERMS: Cash Bidder's deposit of ten per cent (10%) of the sales price by cashier's or certified check required.
