ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING, LYING AND BEING IN THE BEAVERDAM DISTRICT, HANOVER COUNTY.
