New Avenue, Highland Springs, VA 23075 Parcel ID 825-724-7354 Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated May 24, 2006, in the original principal amount of $136,868.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Henrico County, Virginia, in Deed Book 4128, Page 1504, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction: Part of Lots 23 & 25, Block O, Highland Springs, Sec. 3, as shown on a plat recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Map Book 6 (incorrectly recited in the deed of trust as Map Book 8), Page 103 1/2 , and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust. The sale will take place on JULY 6, 2020, AT 9:00 A.m., in front of the new entrance of the building housing the Circuit Court of Henrico County, located at 4301 East Parham Road, Henrico, VA. The property and the improvements thereon will be sold "AS IS" and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
