ROAD, HENRICO, VA, ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2019, BEGINNING AT
9:00 AM, TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING:

Home Depot requests a conditional use
permit pursuant to Section 24-116(d)(1) of the County Code to allow
a temporary sales stand at 6501 W Broad St (Parcel 768-742-3277)
zoned Business District (B-3) (Tuckahoe).

Greystar Short Pump requests a conditional
use permit pursuant to Section 24-116(d)(1) of the County Code to
allow a temporary office trailer at 11881 W Broad St (Parcel 736-7622221) zoned Business District (B-2C) (Three Chopt).

Richard L. Mistr requests a conditional
use permit pursuant to Section 24-95(i)(4) of the County Code to
allow an accessory structure in the front yard at 11111 Hames Ln
