First Course:

* coconut curry and crab soup

* black truffle risotto

* saute of snails with lemon, garlic, spinach, and parsley

* steamed mussels with white wine or marinara

* saute of calamari with lemon, garlic, and capers

* shrimp scampi with brandy and tomatoes

* mixed greens with house dressing

* spinach with apple vinaigrette, goat cheese, and toasted almonds

* romaine caesar, spinach caeser, or kale caeser

* arugula with balsamic truffle vinaigrette, roasted red peppers, and shaved parmesan

Second Course:

* roasted beef sirloin with horseradish

* seared salmon with lobster, tomato, and tarragon cream

* rockfish with saffron cauliflower puree

* chicken scallopine with brown butter, lemon, and artichokes

* italian sausage with white beans and spinach

* saute of shrimp with sundried tomato, spinach , and white beans

* pork tenderloin with roasted grapes and rosemary

Third Course:

* apple crisp with vanilla sauce

* dark chocolate pate

* marinated berries with zabayon

* cannoli
