First Course:

3. Breakfast charcuterie board

Second Course:

1. Braise short rib benedict with dijon-dill hash browns

2. Pickled enoki mushroom omelet with baby arugula, raclette cheese, and trout roe, choice of side

3. Vegan delight ( sweet potato puree, Anson mills Carolina gold rice, roasted and shaved beets, sorghum syrup, micro salad, charred citrus vin

Third Course:

Chocolate Krispy Kreme Bread Puddin

Red velvet waffle with cream cheese glaze and red velvet cookie crumble
