First Course:

potato + leek soup. crispy brussels sprouts, chives, parsley oil

bibb lettuce. fennel, green olives, radish, red onion, feta, green goddess dressing

jumbo asparagus. english peas, pistachio, citrus, dill vinaigrette, carrot puree, smoked hollandaise

steamed mussels. pernod broth, herbs provence, garlic, tomato, fingerlings, lemon aioli, potato skins

sautéed calamari. capers, garlic, fennel, leeks, sweet + spicy peppers, peanuts, romesco sauce

Second Course:

ny strip. artichoke hearts, brussels sprouts, baby carrot, smoked hollandaise, mushroom + veal demi

duck breast. brie polenta cake, cauliflower, celery root puree, pistachio, blueberry + lavender honey

spring bouillabaisse. rockfish, mussels, sea scallops, cauliflower toast, romesco sauce

shrimp and grits. smoked gouda grits, andouille, roasted bell pepper gravy

bucatini pasta. green olive sauce, capers, lemon, spring herbs, pecorino, fried breadcrumbs

Third Course:

chocolate charcoal torte. thai coffee chocolate mousse, charcoal meringue cookies, blackberry gel

cashew milk ice cream trio.
