First Course:

Pimento cheese plate: Pickles, lavash cracker

Second Course:

7 Hills Food Co Short Rib: Orecchiette, mushroom & pea ragout

Soft shell crab: beer battered, grilled asparagus, hollandaise

Bone In Pork Chop: Byrd mill grits, grilled asparagus, pork jus, chives

Vegan option: Notz crisp, Carolina gold rice, grilled trumpet mushrooms, kidney bean cake, and popcorn shoots

Third Course:

Coconut rice pudding
