First Course:

tuna carpaccio, parmesan mayo, arugula, fried capers, shallots

Second Course:

crabcake, grits, brussels sprouts, grilled lemon butter

seared scallops, cauliflower purée, roasted carrots, spinach, curry sauce

roasted pork chop, brussels sprout & butternut squash hash, apples & bacon, orange cumin glaze

braised beef cheeks, celery root & potato mash, red wine sauce

market fish bucatini, roasted mushrooms, kale, pine nuts, basil pesto sauce

Third Course:

vanilla bourbon panna cotta, brown sugar caramelized bananas

chocolate cremeaux, chocolate sauce, raspberry sorbet

mixed berry cobbler bars, lemon curd ice cream
