First Course:

• Mixed Green Salad or Caesar Salad

• Soup du Jour

• Tempura Fried Calamari with Peppadew Peppers served with a Sweet Chili Sauce and a Wasabi Soy Aioli

• Avocado and Spring Tomato Bruschetta

• She Crab Soup (Add $3.50)

Second Course:

• Classic Baked Ziti with Quattro Formaggio

• Pork Shank Osso Bucco Braised Pork Shank over Spring Mushroom Risotto and Pan jus

• Roast Salmon Crusted with Spinach and Herb served with rice and seasonal vegetable

• Grilled Hanger Steak with a Hot Honey Bourbon glaze, mash potatoes and Spring Seasonal veg

Third Course

• Mini Chocolate Chip Cannoli

• Amaretto Crème Brulee

• Whiskey Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

• Fudge Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream
