HOUSTON (AP) — Seacor Marine Holdings Inc. (SMHI) on Wednesday reported a loss of $28.4 million in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had a loss of $1.21.

The operator of a fleet of marine support vessels posted revenue of $64.3 million in the period.

Seacor Marine shares have climbed nearly 5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $12.33, a decrease of 42% in the last 12 months.
