Richmond responds on social media to stolen armored personnel carrier being driven down Broad Street

A soldier stole an armored personnel carrier from Fort Pickett on Tuesday evening and led police on a more than 60-mile chase that ended in downtown Richmond, where he abandoned the vehicle and was taken into police custody on Broad Street near City Hall and Capitol Square. Read the story here.
