Employers can be sued for firing people if thery are discriminating, etc. Employees should be free to join unions if they want to do so. Employees should not be forced to join unions, and pay union dues, especially at this point in time when unions, by and large, have been shown to routinely abandon members on strike, like the Teamsters did when they went on strike against Overnite Trucking... Why should every employee be forced to join unions and have union dues automatically withheld from their paychecks?
