Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar will join South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg at the Democratic Party of Virginia’s annual fundraiser in June.

The announcement from the party on Monday brings to two the number of Democratic presidential candidates who will be headliners at the June 15 Blue Commonwealth Gala.

The event will be in the renovated train shed at Main Street Station and is expected to draw more than 1,500 Democrats. Tickets start at $150.

Klobuchar, who is in her third term in the Senate, announced her presidential bid in February in Minneapolis, saying her campaign was homegrown and that she didn’t have a political machine behind her.

Aside from the upcoming visits by Klobuchar and Buttigieg, two other Democrats have campaigned in Virginia heading into next year’s crowded presidential primary.

Former U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke of Texas made campaign stops in Virginia during two days in April, and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren held a campaign event at George Mason University on Thursday in which she called for new ethics rules for the Pentagon.
