The percentage of public school boys who play high school football. Participation numbers come from the VHSL, and school enrollment numbers from the Virginia Department of Education and assumes half the school is male.

Coach Chad Hornik has led Deep Run to an 11-0 mark and a spot in Friday’s region semifinals, despite one of the lowest football participation rates in the area.
