Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Tennessee and North Carolina have offered Jones, though he hasn't made his first varsity start yet. He helped the junior varsity go undefeated last year and is expected to start at quarterback on the varsity this year.

Thomas Dale’s Chris Tyree had more than 1,600 all-purpose yards as a sophomore and had 1,465 yards rushing as a junior. He was named first-team All-Metro after both seasons.
